Manarchuck is an inventor, business founder, passionate family man, growth consultant and sales and marketing leader for the past 20 years with a multi-disciplined background in business and non-profit environments. While demonstrating a consistent track record of leading creative market breakthroughs, he deeply invests in the people around him and carries full ownership of processes and outcomes.

Business growth and development leading to new and increased sales are core to Manarchuck’s expertise. He succeeds in these areas by focusing on the fundamentals: increase market share by leveraging strategic planning, increasing marketing & awareness, and strengthening sales processes. Bruce Charles

Executive In Residence

Bruce realized he had a talent for helping small businesses get bigger. His entire business career has been focused on nurturing businesses and helping them grow. He loves contributing to people’s successes and coming along side of entrepreneurs, mentoring them to help them meet their potential. Charles believes that healthy cities have good jobs and it is his mission is to this end.

Charles started his business career with Citizen’s Utilities Company and Arthur Andersen & Co. He then joined Johnson & Johnson and for the next 16 years held positions of increasing responsibilities including, Tax Manager, International Controller, Controller-Treasury Services, Director of Leasing, Director of Marketing, and for 12 years was the President of Johnson & Johnson Finance Corporation (JJFC), The JJFC portfolio was in excess of $500 million. Mr. Charles not only ran the domestic operations of JJFC, but also the international operations, which included subsidiaries in Germany and the UK, and joint ventures in Italy, France, Sweden and Canada. JJFC, as measured by profit per employee, became the highest-ranking company within Johnson & Johnson and was ranked as the most satisfied workforce within Johnson & Johnson.

In 1995, Charles became the CEO and President of EyeCorp Inc. In under a year, Charles merged the company with Physician Resource Group for $160 million.  Bruce received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Clarion University and his Master’s of Accountancy from Bowling Green State University.

Marcus Stern

Growth Strategist

Marcus is a gifted consultant with over 20 years experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. In 2010 he launched MH Stern Consulting, which specializes in providing organizational development, transition leadership, and fund development strategy where he has secured funding for projects in Israel, China, India, Africa and throughout the Middle East. Marcus holds an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University.

Joshua Eakle

Marketing Manager

As Marketing Manager, Joshua implements and oversees processes which help support the consulting work of SPROUT. With a background in social, marketing automation, and content marketing, he was the Marketing Director for a large regional trucking company and has built a large network of political activists across the state of Tennessee.

He brings this experience to SPROUT in order to standardize operations both internally and externally, ensuring that client interactions are transparent and run smoothly, as well as provide input on client campaign recommendations. Joshua received his Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Pellissippi State Community College.
